Shipping Processing time

The time it takes for shipping will vary, but please expect 10 to 14 days after you place your orders for me to carefully prepare them for shipping. My schedule can be unpredictable at times, but usually I can get orders shipped much quicker. *Please note we are currently only shipping within the U.S.*

Shipping Cost

All orders will be carefully packaged, but based on what you've ordered, extra care might be taken. Anything fragile will cost more for shipping due to what materials are needed to keep your item safe for traveling to you. The cost of shipping covers the materials as well as the cost of shipping through USPS.

Returns/Exchanges

All purchases are final, however if you have issues with your order or if you have questions please contact me through the contact page. If you have placed an order, please include your order number as well so I may assist you more quickly.

Handmade

Aside from art prints and printed mugs, items listed in the shop are handmade which means there is a possibility for areas that are not perfect, which is part of the joy of handmade! Some items are made with natural materials which can have small pieces come lose (example, bits of moss or tiny bits of wood). This is natural and will not compromise the overall piece. Please be sure to read the items description for further information of a specific piece.
